Trauma 

Therapy 

Specialized counseling for individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual assault and domestic violence. Utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences. Victim service approved - please provided reference number before booking by emailing service and deposit will be waved.

Clinical Social Work 

Supervision

Empowering ethical practice through reflective supervision and professional growth.

Delivered comprehensive supervision to a social worker, ensuring alignment with the Australian Social Work (AASW) Code of Ethics. Focused on fostering a deeper ethical social order by encouraging critical reflection and professional growth through targeted support and guidance.

Children & Young People

Therapy

Therapeutic support for children dealing with a range of mental health concerns. Tailored interventions to help children build coping skills, resilience, and emotional wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment. Medicare rebate available.

Empower Therapy offers personalized therapeutic services for adults seeking support with life’s challenges. Our approach fosters self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being through evidence-based techniques. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, our compassionate therapists are here to help you achieve balance and fulfillment in everyday life. Medicare Rebates offered. Mental health accredited social worker. Medicare rebate available.

Therapeutic Intervention available: Abrundah Therapeutic Service, we offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of children and families. Our approach includes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Family Systems Therapy (FST), Narrative Therapy, Life Story Work, and Therapeutic Doll Work. These tools help foster healing and resilience in children and families. We are also trained in the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program, integrating attachment theory into assessments and interventions to strengthen relationships.
